Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Point equation of the boundary of the numerical range of a matrix polynomial
The numerical range of an n×n matrix polynomialP(λ)=Amλm+Am−1λm−1+⋯+A1λ+A0is defined byW(P)=λ∈C:x*P(λ)x=0,x∈Cn,x≠0.For the linear pencil P(λ)=Iλ−A, the range W(P) coincides with the numerical range of matrix A, F(A)={x*Ax:x∈Cn,x*x=1}.

P-matrix recognition is co-NP-complete
This is a summary of the proof by G.E. Coxson that P-matrix recognition is co-NP-complete. The result follows by a reduction from the MAX CUT problem using results of S. Poljak and J. Rohn.

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Generalization of the space l(p) $l(p)$ derived by absolute Euler summability and matrix operators
The sequence space l(p) $l(p)$ having an important role in summability theory was defined and studied by Maddox (Q. J. Math. 18:345–355, 1967). In the present paper, we generalize the space l(p) $l(p)$ to the space |Eϕr|(p) $\vert E_{\phi }^{r} \vert (p)$

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Directional clustering through matrix factorization [PDF]
This paper deals with a clustering problem where feature vectors are clustered depending on the angle between feature vectors, that is, feature vectors are grouped together if they point roughly in the same direction.

Distribution of P2O5 between P-rich Phase and Matrix Phase in P-bearing Steelmaking Slag
To recycle the phosphorus in P-bearing steelmaking slag and use the slag as phosphate fertilizer, it is necessary to study the distribution of P2O5 between the P-rich phase and matrix phase in P-bearing steelmaking slag.

CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting
