ABSTRACT Introduction This study systematically synthesized evidence on adverse health outcomes related to gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) via an umbrella review with integrated meta‐analyses. Methods The search covered publications from the database (PubMed/MEDLINE, Google Scholar, Embase, and CINAHL) inception to August 12, 2024. Meta‐analyses of

Basroparib inhibits YAP‐driven cancers by stabilizing angiomotin
Basroparib, a selective tankyrase inhibitor, suppresses Wnt signaling and attenuates YAP‐driven oncogenic programs by stabilizing angiomotin. It promotes AMOT–YAP complex formation, enforces cytoplasmic YAP sequestration, inhibits YAP/TEAD transcription, and sensitizes YAP‐active cancers, including KRAS‐mutant colorectal cancer, to MEK inhibition.

Vaccination coverage against hepatitis A virus (HAV), hepatitis B virus (HBV), and human papillomaviruses (HPV) is insufficient among men who have sex with men (MSM), partly because of their high prevalence of vaccine hesitancy (VH) specific to these ...

Lipid drug carriers to which ultra‐small gold nanoparticles were added enabled more efficient radiotherapy of cultured pancreatic cancer tumors. These nanoparticles boosted radiation‐induced damage to tumors by generating more reactive molecules, though higher gold levels are needed for strong benefits.

ABSTRACT Gallic acid (GA), a plant‐derived phenolic compound, is evolving from a general antioxidant into a specific molecular modulator and a functional building block for advanced biomedical materials. This review synthesizes recent insights underpinned by GA's “redox duality”—its capacity to act as either a radical scavenger or a pro‐oxidant.

Abstract The rapid expansion of biodiversity data presents new opportunities to understand and forecast biosphere dynamics. However, disparate and dispersed data, taxonomic and geographic inconsistencies, pervasive quality issues, and a lack of reproducable workflows hinder synthesis, introduce biases and limit accurate assessment of biodiversity ...

Long‐Term Stress Adaptation as a Highly‐Conserved Key Factor in Yeast Aging
This study shows that long‐term, but not short‐term, stress exposure triggers molecular changes in yeast that mirror established hallmarks of aging, including altered proteostasis, epigenetic shifts, and reduced lifespan. These changes are reversible upon stress removal, and the genes involved are conserved across all domains of life. ABSTRACT Aging is

Our findings identify circ‐0030167/IGF2BP1/HMOX1 axis as a critical regulatory factor targeting mitochondria‐mediated ferroptosis, thereby presenting a novel therapeutic target for PC combination therapies. ABSTRACT Pancreatic cancer (PC) represents a highly aggressive malignancy characterized by a 5 year survival rate of less than 12%.
