H-infinity Control of Network-Based Systems with Packet Disordering and Packet Loss Compensation
Compensation scheme-based H-infinity control is investigated for networked control systems with packet disordering and packet loss. Since the existence of packet disordering and packet loss inevitably degrades the control performance of networked control

Distributed Training under Packet Loss
State-of-the-art language and vision models are routinely trained across thousands of GPUs, often spanning multiple data-centers, yet today's distributed frameworks still assume reliable connections (e.g., InfiniBand or RoCE). The resulting acknowledgment traffic and retransmissions inflate tail latencies and limit scalability.

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

A DCCP congestion control mechanism for wired-cum-wireless environments [PDF]
Existing transport protocols, be it TCP, SCTP or DCCP, do not provide an efficient congestion control mechanism for heterogeneous wired-cum-wireless networks.

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.
