Epigenetic heterogeneity and plasticity in therapy‐induced tumor states through single‐cell multi‐omics

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Palladium-Catalyzed Esterification of Carboxylic Acids with Aryl Iodides

open access: yes, 2018
The first palladium-catalyzed esterification of carboxylic acids with aryl iodides is described. A palladium-based catalytic system consisting of IBnF (1,3-bis((pentafluorophenyl)methyl)imidazole-2-ylidene) ligand was found to significantly accelerate

Polarization‐resolved femtosecond Vis/IR spectroscopy tailored for resolving weak signals in biological samples using minimal sample volume

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

C2α‐carbanion‐protonating glutamate discloses tradeoffs between substrate accommodation and reaction rate in actinobacterial 2‐hydroxyacyl‐CoA lyase

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Enzymes of the 2‐hydroxyacyl‐CoA lyase group catalyze the condensation of formyl‐CoA with aldehydes or ketones. Thus, by structural adaptation of active sites, practically any pharmaceutically and industrially important 2‐hydroxyacid could be biotechnologically synthesized. Combining crystal structure analysis, active site mutations and kinetic assays,

Palladium-Catalyzed Asymmetric Allylic Fluoroalkylation/Trifluoromethylation

open access: yes, 2019
The first palladium-catalyzed asymmetric allylic trifluoromethylation is disclosed. The methodology evokes a fundamental principle by which the synergistic interplay of a leaving group and its subsequent activation of the nucleophilic trifluoromethyl ...

Preparation and Property of Palladium/Alumina Composite

open access: yesYuanzineng kexue jishu, 2023
Palladium is often used as the preferred material for hydrogen isotope separation, but pure palladium tends to be pulverized due to internal stress after repeated hydrogen absorption and desorption cycles.

Composite palladium membranes with improved durability toward hydrogen embrittlement

open access: yes, 2011
Palladium membranes have advantages of high hydrogen flux and exclusive permselectivity for hydrogen due to the unique permeation mechanism. Pure palladium membranes are often damaged by hydrogen embrittlement which causes a fatal fracture of membrane ...

Palladium-Catalyzed Tandem Isomerization/Hydrothiolation of Allylarenes

open access: yes, 2019
Herein we report a tandem olefin migration/hydrothiolation of allyl benzenes facilitated by an in situ generated palladium hydride. A catalyst system composed of palladium acetate and bidentate ligand dtbpx (1,2-bis(di-tert-butylphosphinomethyl ...
