Enchanting the Otherwise: Magical Realism and the Gendered Ontologies of Organizational Becoming
ABSTRACT This paper enacts a feminist‐posthumanist reimagining of gender as ontological disturbance, using magical realism not as metaphor but as epistemological method. Rejecting representational logics and the managerial rationalities of organizational realism, we advance gender not as identity or role but as spectral interference—a transversal ...

Predicting Electrically Generated Hydrogen Oxides From Ultraviolet Radiation Emissions
Abstract Electrical discharges such as lightning and corona discharges generate extreme amounts of hydroxyl radical (OH), the atmosphere's most important oxidizer, enough for electrical discharges to be a globally significant source of OH. However, there are few field measurements of electrically generated OH (LOH), hindering attempts to better ...

ABSTRACT Eco‐friendly construction practices have emerged as a cornerstone of modern development. Due to the substantial carbon emissions from cement production, there is a growing demand for supplementary cementitious materials. This study investigated the synergistic effects of two different wastes, silica‐rich rice husk ash (RHA) and calcium‐rich ...

Abstract Spaceflight induces altered physiology that has the potential to alter medication pharmacokinetics due to factors including gastrointestinal motility, fluid balance, circulatory dynamics, hormonal changes, and metabolic alterations. Here, we report the first pharmacokinetic analysis using blood samples during spaceflight.

Acceleration inside an aircraft in parabolic flight
Abstract This paper aims to present and analyse the acceleration data inside an aircraft during a parabolic flight. The data used were obtained during the flight from the automatic recordings of the aircraft and from a portable data logger with a built-in 3-axis accelerometer connected to a graphic calculator.
