Chamber Graphs of Minimal Parabolic Geometries of Type M_24

open access: yes, 2018
This paper investigates the structure of the chamber graph associated with the minimal parabolic geometries of rank 3 for the groups M24, the Mathieu group of degree 24, He, Held's simple group, and 37_Sp6(2), a non-split extension of an elementary ...

Physics‐Based Compact Modeling of Advanced 3D Nanoscale Vertical NAND Flash Memory

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
For advanced 3D NAND flash memory, a unified compact model for SPICE is proposed that spans from the intrinsic unit cell to the full string and captures the electrostatic coupling with adjacent inhibit strings. It can successfully predict read behavior, program/erase dynamics, and interactions between neighboring cells, reflecting array‐level behavior ...

Comparisons of methods for predicting composite roughness in ice-covered rivers

open access: yesShui kexue jinzhan, 2018
Composite roughness is a vital input parameter for hydraulic calculations of ice-covered channels. Two general equations for deriving composite roughness coefficient in ice-covered streams, based on the principles of flow continuity or force balance, are

Two constructions with parabolic geometries

open access: yes, 2005
This is an expanded version of a series of lectures delivered at the 25th Winter School ``Geometry and Physics'' in Srni. After a short introduction to Cartan geometries and parabolic geometries, we give a detailed description of the equivalence between parabolic geometries and underlying geometric structures. The second part of the paper is devoted to

Hasse diagrams for parabolic geometries [PDF]

open access: yes, 2002
summary:The invariant differential operators on a manifold with a given parabolic structure come in two classes, standard and non-standard, and can be further subdivided into regular and singular ones.

Rare‐Earth Yttrium Doping Advances High‐Performance AgSbTe2 Thermoelectrics

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
Y‐doped AgSbTe2 achieves band and microstructure co‐optimization, with coherent Y‐Ag2Te interfaces enhancing phonon scattering and reducing lattice thermal conductivity to 0.26 W m−1 K−1. Combined with valence‐band broadening and increased carrier concentration, this yields ZT ≈ 2 at 623 K, average ZT = 1.5, and 7.3 % conversion efficiency of a single ...

Alcohol‐Adduct Mediated Precursor Stabilization Strategies for Conformal SnO2 Layers in Highly Efficient and Stable Perovskite Solar Modules

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
An alcohol‐adduct‐mediated strategy is employed to stabilize tin isopropoxide for the formation of a homogeneous double electron transport layer (ETL) incorporating SnO2 nanoparticles (NPs). This double‐ETL exhibits improved optical and charge‐transport properties due to reduced defect density and better energy level alignment, resulting in high ...

Invariant bilinear differential pairings on parabolic geometries. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
This thesis is concerned with the theory of invariant bilinear differential pairings on parabolic geometries. It introduces the concept formally with the help of the jet bundle formalism and provides a detailed analysis.
