Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

并联机构运动分岔与稳定性分析

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2008
At singularities, the parallel manipulator will have more than one the motion trends. So the parallel manipulator will lose control. Based on the bifurcation characteristics of a parallel manipulator at singularities, a new method to estimate the losing ...

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

Optimal design of a Stewart platform using the global transmission index under determinate constraint of workspace

open access: yesAdvances in Mechanical Engineering, 2017
The Stewart platform is a typical parallel manipulator. It is used as a space docking mechanism whose requirement for movement scope is determinate. This article addresses the dimension synthesis of the space docking mechanism.

Dynamic simulation of task constrained of a rigid-flexible manipulator

open access: yes, 2004
A rigid-flexible manipulator may be assigned tasks in a moving environment where the winds or vibrations affect the position and/or orientation of surface of operation.

Optimization of 3-DOF parallel motion devices for low-cost vehicle simulators

open access: yesJournal of Advanced Mechanical Design, Systems, and Manufacturing, 2017
Motion generation systems are becoming increasingly important in certain Virtual Reality (VR) applications, such as vehicle simulators. This paper deals with the analysis of the Inverse Kinematics (IK) and the reachable workspace of a three-degrees-of ...

Autonomous prealignment of a docking mechanism [PDF]

open access: yes
Proposed future space exploration, such as lunar and Martian expeditions, will require autonomous docking of space vehicles. One proposed candidate method of autonomous docking utilizes a actively controlled parallel manipulator.
