Stability Analysis of Multi-Paralleled VSCs with Mismatched Parameters

2019 IEEE Applied Power Electronics Conference and Exposition (APEC), 2019
This paper investigates the instability problem caused by the circulating current in the multi-paralleled voltage-source converters (VSCs) with mismatched parameters. The circulating current may arise in the paralleled converters due to the differences in the LCL filer parameters or the controller gains.

Approximate cluster synchronization in networks with symmetries and parameter mismatches

Chaos: An Interdisciplinary Journal of Nonlinear Science, 2016
We study cluster synchronization in networks with symmetries in the presence of small generic parametric mismatches of two different types: mismatches affecting the dynamics of the individual uncoupled systems and mismatches affecting the network couplings.

New Performance Bounds in Signal Parameter Estimation under Mismatch

2006 12th Biennial IEEE Conference on Electromagnetic Field Computation, 2006
In this paper we develop a new upper bound for the mean square estimation error of a parameter that takes values on a bounded interval. The bound is based on the discretization of the region into a finite number of points, and the determination of the estimate by a maximum likelihood procedure. It is assumed that inaccurate versions of the true spectra

PARAMETER MISMATCHES AND INVERSE SYNCHRONIZATION IN THE IKEDA MODEL

International Journal of Modern Physics B, 2004
We investigate inverse retarded synchronization between two uni-directionally linearly coupled chaotic non-identical Ikeda models and show that parameter mismatches are of crucial importance to achieve synchronization. We establish that independent of the relation between the delay time in the coupled systems and the coupling delay time, only inverse ...

Mismatch of MOSFET small signal parameters under analog operation

IEEE Electron Device Letters, 2000
The matching behavior of drain current I/sub D/ and small signal parameters transconductance g/sub m/ and differential output conductance g/sub DS/ of MOSFETs is investigated under typical analog operating conditions. Whereas for the normalized standard deviations of I/sub D/ and g/sub m/ the well known proportionality to (W/spl times/L/sub eff/)/sup ...

Synchronization between the Chaotic Systems with Mismatching in Parameters

2006 6th World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation, 2006
In order to realize the synchronization between the chaotic systems with mismatching in parameters, a sliding mode control approach for chaotic synchronization was presented based on high gain state observer. It expanded the mismatching in parameters into a new state, and made full use of the information that can be measured to design high gain state ...

Adaptive tracking synchronization for coupled reaction–diffusion neural networks with parameter mismatches

Neural Networks, 2020
In this paper, tracking synchronization for coupled reaction-diffusion neural networks with parameter mismatches is investigated. For such a networked control system, only local neighbor information is used to compensate the mismatch characteristic termed as parameter mismatch, uncertainty or external disturbance. Different from the general boundedness

Global Robust Synchronization of a Class of nonautonomous Chaotic Systems with Parameter mismatch via Variable Substitution Control

International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos in Applied Sciences and Engineering, 2011

A flexible parameter mismatch sensitivity analysis for VLSI design

Southcon/96 Conference Record, 2002
A sensitivity analysis technique, which is based on Placket Burman Matrix for experimental design is proposed in this report. The response is obtained by simulating an op amp using a SPICE circuit simulator. The response is then used to study the effect of transistor parameter mismatch on circuit performance.
