Exploring parameter spaces in complex dynamics
We show the structure of the parameter space for a family of rational maps containing Blaschke products. Through numerical simulations using the orbit of a single critical point, we reveal the existence of infinitely many Mandelbrot-like sets along the ...

Epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) and tumor‐infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) are associated with early breast cancer response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC). This study evaluated EMT and TIL shifts, with immunofluorescence and RNA sequencing, at diagnosis and in residual tumors as potential biomarkers associated with treatment response.

Energy conditions in mimetic-$f(R)$ gravity
The energy conditions of mimetic-$f(R)$ gravity theory is analyzed. We will obtain the parameter space of the theory in some special forms of $f(R)$ in which the self-acceleration is allowed.

A converse landing theorem in parameter spaces [PDF]
In this article, we prove that for several one-dimensional holomorphic families of holomorphic maps, in the parameter plane, there exists a local piece of a curve that lands at a given parabolic parameter, in the spirit of well-known results about the quadratic and the exponential families. We also show that, under some assumptions, this general result

Molecular and functional profiling unravels targetable vulnerabilities in colorectal cancer
We used whole exome and RNA‐sequencing to profile divergent genomic and transcriptomic landscapes of microsatellite stable (MSS) and microsatellite instable (MSI) colorectal cancer. Alterations were classified using a computational score for integrative cancer variant annotation and prioritization.

Solar and atmospheric neutrino oscillations with three flavours
We analyze the solar and the atmospheric neutrino problems in the context of three flavour neutrino oscillations. We assume a mass hierarchy in the vacuum mass eigenvalues $\mu_3^2 \gg \mu_2^2 \geq \mu_1^2$, but make no approximation regarding the ...

Elevated level of cholesterol is positively correlated to prostate cancer development and disease severity. Cholesterol‐lowering drugs, such as statins, are demonstrated to inhibit prostate cancer. VNPP433‐3β interrupts multiple signaling and metabolic pathways, including cholesterol biosynthesis, AR‐mediated transcription of several oncogenes, mRNA 5′

Ratchet transport and periodic structures in parameter space
Ratchet models are prominent candidates to describe the transport phenomenum in nature in the absence of external bias. This work analyzes the parameter space of a discrete ratchet model and gives direct connections between chaotic domains and a family ...

Parameter spaces of massive IIA solutions [PDF]
We find a new class of N=2 massive IIA solutions whose internal spaces are S^2 fibrations over S^2 x S^2. These solutions appear naturally as massive deformations of the type IIA reduction of Sasaki-Einstein manifolds in M-theory, including Q^{1,1,1} and Y^{p,k}, and play a role in the AdS4/CFT3 correspondence.
