Prolonged Anti‐Zic4 Antibody–Positive Cerebellar Degeneration Following COVID‐19 Infection

open access: yesNeuropsychopharmacology Reports, Volume 46, Issue 1, March 2026.
Serial MRI and SPECT revealed progressive cerebellar atrophy and worsening hypoperfusion over 2 years, despite partial clinical stabilization. These findings highlight radiological progression that exceeds symptom severity in post‐COVID anti‐Zic4 antibody–associated cerebellar degeneration.

A Rare Case of Anti‐Yo Antibody Positive Paraneoplastic Neurologic Syndromes With EGFR Mutation Positive Non‐Small Cell Lung Cancer

open access: yesRespirology Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 3, March 2026.
We report the case of Anti‐Yo antibody positive paraneoplastic neurologic syndromes (PNS) with EGFR mutation positive non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Although anti‐Yo PNS is rare in NSCLC, there is a possibility of EGFR gene mutation positivity. ABSTRACT Paraneoplastic neurologic syndromes (PNS) associated with anti‐Yo antibody typically occur in ...
