Optimisation of Last-Mile Parcel Delivery: Leveraging Crowdsourcing and Mobile Parcel Lockers
In urban areas, the challenges posed by last-mile delivery, which contribute to congestion and create logistical obstacles in business to customer (B2C) e-commerce, require sustainable and innovative solutions. This study suggests addressing this issue through crowdsourced parcel delivery using mobile parcel lockers.
