Shifting body weight-fecundity relationship in a capital breeder : maternal effects on egg numbers of the autumnal moth under field conditions [PDF]
In the literature, various environmental factors are described as being capable of influencing the reproductive output of insect females irrespective of their body size. Still, female body size or weight is widely used as a proxy for fecundity.

Fluid evolution in CM carbonaceous chondrites tracked through the oxygen isotopic compositions of carbonates [PDF]
The oxygen isotopic compositions of calcite grains in four CM carbonaceous chondrites have been determined by NanoSIMS, and results reveal that aqueous solutions evolved in a similar manner between parent body regions with different intensities of ...

Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

Effective school governing bodies: parental involvement
This article investigates how parents can best be involved in school governing bodies (SGBs). The study adopts a qualitative approach, using focus group interviews. The findings suggest that the context within which schools operate plays a major role in the effective functioning of SGBs. The latter are perceived to be fraught with corruption – usurping

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

HISTOLOGICAL STUDY ON THE PANCREATIC -CELL NUMBER OF INDIGENOUS CHICKS IN FIRST CROSSBRED (F1)
The objective of this study was to evaluate the total pancreatic -cell number of chicks in firstcrossbred (F1) with potential as broiler. The total number of twenty day-old male chicks consisted ofDOCs Cobb 500 broiler line as a control group and those ...

Separation of Q from carbon in CR meteorites during stepped combustion [PDF]
Introduction: The nature of the planetary noble gas carrier (Q) in meteorites remains uncertain. It is known that it is likely to be carbonaceous, but represents only a small fraction of the total macromolecular material.

Tidal disruption of NEAs - a case of P\v{r}\'ibram
This work studies the dynamical evolution of a possible meteor stream along the orbit of the P\v{r}\'{i}bram meteorite, which originated in the tidal disruption of the putative rubble-pile-like parent body during a close approach to the Earth. We assumed
