Web-based car parking slot monitoring system [PDF]
As town modernisation progress, the number of vehicles increases rapidly. Parking is a major problem especially in densely populated areas. Normally, places such as function hall, university, multiplexes and large industries, we need to search for the ...

Ultra‐Confinement of Polaritons in Single Atomic Layer Ag Photonic Quantum Dots
Strong confinement of surface phonon polaritons of silicon carbide was achieved in photonic quantum dots fabricated from van der Waals heterostructure of epitaxial graphene over single‐atomic layer silver. Scattering‐type scanning near‐field optical microscopy combined with an analytical approach, developed to reveal local propagation constants with ...

Automatic parking via bidirectional planning with model predictive control
This paper studies an online automatic parking control problem based on a bidirectional model predictive control (MPC) formulation that considers forward-time motion from an initial state and backward-time motion from a target state simultaneously.

Defective Parking Functions and Young Tableaux
Recall that a defective $(m,n)$-parking function with defect $d$ is a parking function with $m$ cars attempting to park on a street with $n$ parking spots in which exactly $d$ cars fail to park. We establish a way to compute the defect of a defective $(m,

Leaftronics: Bio‐Fractal Scaffolds From Leaf Venation for Low‐Waste Electronics
“Leaftronics” transforms naturally evolved leaf venation into quasi‐fractal scaffolds for sustainable electronics. Polymer‐infiltrated leaf skeletons can be used to fabricate ultra‐smooth, reflow‐ and thin‐film‐compatible decomposable substrates, while making the same lignocellulose networks conducting results in flexible transparent electrodes.

Parking Functions and Noncrossing Partitions
A parking function is a sequence (a 1 ; : : : ; a n ) of positive integers such that if b 1 b 2 \Delta \Delta \Delta b n is the increasing rearrangement of a 1 ; : : : ; a n , then b i i.

AI–Guided 4D Printing of Carnivorous Plants–Inspired Microneedles for Accelerated Wound Healing
This work presents an artificial intelligence (AI)‐guided 4D‐printed microneedle platform inspired by carnivorous plants for wound healing. A thermo‐responsive shape memory polymer enables body temperature–triggered self‐coiling for autonomous wound closure.

A new benign solvent (1,3‐diphenylacetone) enables a simple, safe, and sustainable dissolution and gelation method to convert waste PET into low density, monolithic aerogels with high mechanical strength (E = 20 MPa) and remarkably low thermal conductivity (k = 21.9 to 28.9 mW/m·K).
