This study utilizes programmable mechanical pressure as a therapeutic enhancer to establish a mechano‐chemotherapy strategy. Controlled pressure activates the mechanosensitive ion channel Piezo1 in bladder cancer, triggering a calcium ion cascade that transiently and reversibly amplifies membrane permeability to chemotherapeutics.

Poli(ADP-ribóz) polimeráz gátlók protektív hatásának vizsgálata kísérletes szívelégtelenség modellekben = Examination of the protective effect of poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase inhibitors in experimental heart failure models [PDF]
Kutatásaink során kísérletes szívelégtelenség modellekben vizsgálatuk a poli(ADP-ribóz) polimeráz (PARP) gátlók hatását. Vizsgálatainkkal igazoltuk, hogy PARP-gátlók mérséklik a postinfarctusos remodelinget és védenek a szívelégtelenség kialakulásával ...

Unregulated inflammation increases non‐esterified fatty acids (NEFAs), and triggers multi‐pathway hepatocyte damage including oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, and metabolic disorders in dairy cows. ABSTRACT Circulating concentrations of nonesterified fatty acids (NEFAs) are elevated due to lipid mobilization from adipose tissue in ...
