臺灣教育社會學研究, 2006 本研究以「女性軍訓教官」的工作經驗為主，透過訪談八位女性軍訓教官，探討其在職場上因「性別」因素所造成之困境。綜合分析結果發現，女教官進入校園服務必須面臨的職場困境有下列三項：傳統性別角色的侷限、就業歧視、升遷的限制等。其中升遷限制除了性別歧視及制度設計因素外， 父權社會結構因素亦造成女教官自我設限，降低追求成就之動機。 This qualitative research focuses on female military instructors’ work experiences. Through
