Partial Actions on Categories [PDF]
In this paper we introduce the definition of partial action on small $k$-categories generalizing the similar well known notion of partial actions on algebras. The point of view of partial action which we use in this paper is the one which was introduced by Exel in his work on $C^*$-algebras, see \cite{E}.

Does friendship give us non-derivative partial reasons ? [PDF]
One way to approach the question of whether there are non-derivative partial reasons of any kind is to give an account of what partial reasons are, and then to consider whether there are such reasons. If there are, then it is at least possible that there

Organoids in pediatric cancer research
Organoid technology has revolutionized cancer research, yet its application in pediatric oncology remains limited. Recent advances have enabled the development of pediatric tumor organoids, offering new insights into disease biology, treatment response, and interactions with the tumor microenvironment.

Partial actions on quotient spaces and globalization
Given a partial action of a topological group G on a space X we determine properties P which can be extended from X to its globalization. We treat the cases when P is any of the following: Hausdorff, regular, metrizable, second countable, and having ...

Graph Attention-based Grouped Multi-agent Reinforcement Learning Method [PDF]
Currently,multi-agent reinforcement learning is widely applied in various cooperative tasks. In real environments, agents always have access to only partial observations, leading to inefficient exploration of cooperative strategies. Moreover, sharing reward ...

Behaviour of Composite Slim Floor Beam with Partial Interaction [PDF]
This research includes a theoretical investigation about the behaviour ofsimply supported composite slim floor beams with partial interaction. For thepurpose of analysis, the slim floor slab system is simplified to a multi-layeredcomposite beam. The slim

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.
