Partial Cooperative Equilibria: Existence and Characterization [PDF]
We study the solution concepts of partial cooperative Cournot-Nash equilibria and partial cooperative Stackelberg equilibria. The partial cooperative Cournot-Nash equilibrium is axiomatically characterized by using notions of rationality, consistency and

Axiomatic characterization of the interval function of partial cubes and partial Hamming graphs
Interval function of a graph is a well-known notion in metric graph theory and the axiomatic characterization using a set of first order axioms of different graph classes is an interesting problem in this area.

A characterization of partial geometric designs
AbstractA characterization of partial geometric designs with parameters (r, k, t, c) is given. It is shown that if N is the incidence matrix of a connected configuration (v, b, r, k), then the configuration is a partial geometric design (r, k, t, c), if and only if NN' has a single non-zero eigenvalue θ other than the simple eigenvalue rk. Then θ=r+k-1+

A Characterization of the Partial Geometry T2* (K)
A partial geometry S has parameters s, t, and \(\alpha\), which are respectively the number of lines through a point, the number of points on a line, and the number of lines connecting a point and a line. Two lines are called parallel if either they are the same or they are skew and have a pair of transversals intersecting at a point on neither line ...

Alternative sources of energy are the demand of the modern world. For generating different alternate fuels, utilization of lignocellulolytic biomass is on top of the priority list, for which cellulase enzymes are required specifically.

A characterization of partial metrizability: domains are quantifiable
Following \textit{S. G. Matthews} [Ann. N.Y. Acad. Sci. 728, 183--197 (1994; Zbl 0911.54025)] a quasi-metric space \((X, d)\) is called weightable if there exists a mapping \(w: X\to [0,\infty)\) such that \(d(x, y) +w(x)= d(y, x)+w(y)\) for each pair \(x,y\in X\). It is known that every weightable quasi-metric space is quasi-developable.

Purification and partial characterization of Flavotoxin A [PDF]
A heat-resistant, low-molecular-weight toxin was isolated from semisolid potato dextrose agar medium after inoculation with Flavobacterium farinofermentans sp. nov., which was isolated from fermented corn meal that caused some outbreaks of food poisoning in China.

Partial Boolean Functions With Exact Quantum Query Complexity One
We provide two sufficient and necessary conditions to characterize any n-bit partial Boolean function with exact quantum query complexity 1. Using the first characterization, we present all n-bit partial Boolean functions that depend on n bits and can be
