On Solution of First-Order Linear Systems of Partial Differential Equations

open access: yesСовременная математика: Фундаментальные направления, 2021
Explicit formulas for the first-order partial differential equations system solving were obtained. Solution found for the system with initial conditions. Calculation examples establishing statements truth mentioned.

Transferrin receptor 1‐mediated iron uptake supports thermogenic activation in human cervical‐derived adipocytes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Wave Solutions

open access: yes, 2012
In classical continuum physics, a wave is a mechanical disturbance. Whether the disturbance is stationary or traveling and whether it is caused by the motion of atoms and molecules or the vibration of a lattice structure, a wave can be understood as a ...

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

Expand-contract plasticity on the real line

open access: yesFrontiers in Applied Mathematics and Statistics
The study deals with plastic and non-plastic sub-spaces A of the real-line ℝ with the usual Euclidean metric d. It investigates non-expansive bijections, proves properties of such maps, and demonstrates their relevance by hands of examples.

Fractional time stochastic partial differential equations [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
In this paper, we introduce a class of stochastic partial differential equations (SPDEs) with fractional time-derivatives, and study the $L_2$-theory of the equations.

A methionine‐lined active site governs carbocation stabilization and product specificity in a bacterial terpene synthase

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
This study reveals a unique active site enriched in methionine residues and demonstrates that these residues play a critical role by stabilizing carbocation intermediates through novel sulfur–cation interactions. Structure‐guided mutagenesis further revealed variants with significantly altered product profiles, enhancing pseudopterosin formation. These

A method for constructing a complete bifurcation picture of a boundary value problem for nonlinear partial differential equations: application of the Kolmogorov-Arnold theorem [PDF]

open access: yesИзвестия высших учебных заведений: Прикладная нелинейная динамика
The purpose of this study is to develop a numerical method for bifurcation analysis of nonlinear partial differential equations, based on the reduction of partial differential equations to ordinary ones, using the Kolmogorov-Arnold theorem.

Lie group classifications and exact solutions for time-fractional Burgers equation

open access: yes, 2010
Lie group method provides an efficient tool to solve nonlinear partial differential equations. This paper suggests a fractional Lie group method for fractional partial differential equations.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.
