Small RNA pathways in mammalian oocytes
Three distinct small RNA pathways operate in mammalian oocytes: RNAi interference (RNAi), the microRNA (miRNA) pathway, and the PIWI‐associated RNA (piRNA) pathway. These pathways use small RNAs to guide sequence‐specific repression and contribute to oocyte biology by targeting genes and mobile elements or appear insignificant since different ...

A Massera type criterion for a partial neutral functional differential equation
We prove the existence of periodic solutions for partial neutral functional differential equations with delay, using a Massera type criterion.

Molecular characterization of covRS mutations in M1UK Streptococcus pyogenes
Group A Streptococcus (GAS) acquires covRS mutations driving a hypervirulent bacterial state, frequently associated with invasive disease‐like necrotizing fasciitis. We demonstrate that the newly emerged M1UK GAS lineage can also acquire these mutations.

ON POTENTIALIZED PARTIAL FINITE DIFFERENCE EQUATIONS: ANALYZING THE COMPLEXITY OF KNOWLEDGE-BASED SPATIAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENTS [PDF]
Knowledge-based regional and urban studies are plentiful; some systematics might be in order at this junction, so first the different links between economic production units in geographical space have to be clearly defined.

Numerical methods for partial differential equations of hyperbolic type [PDF]
The manual describe and examines modern numerical methods for the numerical solution of partial differential equa¬tions of hyperbolic systems. Hyperbolic equations can be found in many areas of physics and mechanics, such as acoustics, fluid dynamics ...

Hyperosmotic stress triggers the relocation of the CFIm complex from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. This shift creates a nuclear ‘stoichiometric bottleneck’, limiting CFIm availability for mRNA processing. Consequently, specific mRNAs like NUDT21 and DICER1 undergo targeted 3′UTR shortening, demonstrating how spatial protein dynamics drive rapid ...

Importin 7 mediates the nuclear import of HIV‐1 integrase via a specific interacting interface
HIV‐1 integrase enables viral DNA integration into the host genome. By binding to the core domain of the host protein Importin 7 via its C‐terminal domain, the integrase is transported across the nuclear membrane into the nucleus, where integration of the viral genome into host DNA takes place. This translocation is a critical step for subsequent viral

About the works by Yu.S. Kolesov on differential equations
The article describes the most interesting, in the author's opinion, results obtained by Yu.S. Kolesov, devoted to differential equations (common, functional-differential, with partial derivatives) and their applications to the mathematical ecology ...
