Metrics on partially ordered sets—A survey
AbstractWe review more or less recent results on metrics associated with valuations or (and) minimum weighted paths in posets, metric characterizations of posets and we point out some applications of these results to problems involving uses of distances in social sciences.

A unification of \(G\)-metric, partial metric, and \(b\)-metric spaces
Summary: Using the concepts of \(G\)-metric, partial metric, and \(b\)-metric spaces, we define a new concept of generalized partial \(b\)-metric space. Topological and structural properties of the new space are investigated and certain fixed point theorems for contractive mappings in such spaces are obtained.

Common Fixed Point Theorems for Mappings under (CLRS)-Property in Partial Metric Spaces
In this paper, we introduce the concept of (CLRS)-property for mappings F : X × X→X and S : X → X (wherein X stands for a partial metric space) and utilize the same to prove two common fixed point theorems for two pairs of mappings in partial metric ...

Partial metrics and co-continuous valuations [PDF]
The existence of deep connections between partial metrics and valuations is well known in domain theory. However, the treatment of non-algebraic continuous Scott domains has been not quite satisfactory so far.

Partial Fuzzy Soft Metric Space
Matthew introduced a partial metric, sometimes known as a non-zero self-distance. This paper seeks to extend Matthew’s notion to the fuzzy soft universe and create a partial fuzzy soft metric.

Applications and common coupled fixed point results in ordered partial metric spaces
In this paper, we obtain a unique common coupled fixed point theorem by using ( ψ , α , β ) $(\psi , \alpha , \beta )$ -contraction in ordered partial metric spaces. We give an application to integral equations as well as homotopy theory. Also we furnish

Partial metrizability in value quantales
Partial metrics are metrics except that the distance from a point to itself need not be 0. These are useful in modelling partially defined information, which often appears in computer science.

A Duality Relationship Between Fuzzy Partial Metrics and Fuzzy Quasi-Metrics
In 1994, Matthews introduced the notion of partial metric and established a duality relationship between partial metrics and quasi-metrics defined on a set X.

Partial answers of the Asadi et al.’s open question on M-metric spaces with numerical results
In 2014, Asadi et al. introduced the concept of an M-metric space which is a generalization of a partial metric space and established Banach and Kannan fixed point theorems on M-metric spaces.
