Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Backward difference replacements of the space derivative in first order hyperbolic equations
Two families of two-time level difference schemes are developed for the numerical solution of first order hyperbolic partial differential equations with one space variable.

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Sufficient conditions for a T-partial order obtained from triangular norms to be a lattice [PDF]
summary:For a t-norm T on a bounded lattice $(L, \leq)$, a partial order $\leq_{T}$ was recently defined and studied. In [11], it was pointed out that the binary relation $\leq_{T} $ is a partial order on $L$, but $(L, \leq_{T} )$ may not be a lattice in

On partitions of a partially ordered set
AbstractUsing linear programming we prove a generalization of Greene and Kleitman's generalization of Dilworth's theorem on the decomposition of a partially ordered set into chains.

Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. These tumors also showed more organized immune structures (tertiary lymphoid structures) and a shared pro‐inflammatory B‐cell‐rich community, suggesting that memory B cells may help identify patients most ...

Raman‐based label‐free microscopic analysis of the pancreas in living zebrafish larvae
Forward stimulated Raman scattering (F‐SRS) and epi coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (E‐CARS) allow label‐free discrimination of distinct subcellular structures in the pancreas of living zebrafish larvae. Given the straightforward applicability, we anticipate broad implementation of Raman microscopy in other organs and across various biomedical ...

Existence and uniqueness of positive solutions to a fourth-order two-point boundary-value problem
In this article, we study the existence and uniqueness of positive solutions for a class of semi-linear, fourth order two point boundary value problems. Some examples are presented to illustrate our main results.

Cyclic Ordering Through Partial Orders.
The orientation problem for ternary cyclic order relations has been attacked in the literature from combinatorial perspectives, through rotations , and by connection with Petri nets. We propose here a twofold characterization of orientable cyclic orders in terms of symmetries of partial orders as well as in terms of separating sets (cuts).
