CRISPRI‐mediated gene silencing and phenotypic exploration in nontuberculous mycobacteria. In this Research Protocol, we describe approaches to control, monitor, and quantitatively assess CRISPRI‐mediated gene silencing in M. smegmatis and M. abscessus model organisms.

Asymptotic solution of the high order partial differential equation
In the present paper, the authors have constructed an asymptotic solution of the high order equation with partial derivatives by means of the asymptotic method for the high order systems.

Efficient Regression in Time Series Partial Linear Models [PDF]
This paper studies efficient estimation of partial linear regression in time series models. In particular, it combines two topics that have attracted a good deal of attention in econometrics, viz.

Solving high-order partial differential equations with indirect radial basis function networks
This paper reports a new numerical method based on radial basis function networks (RBFNs) for solving high-order partial differential equations (PDEs).

Promiscuous stimulation of HSP70 ATPase activity by parasite‐derived J‐domains
The malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum exports three highly homologous yet functionally divergent J‐domain proteins into human erythrocytes. Here, we show that J‐domains isolated from all three proteins effectively stimulate the ATPase activity of both endogenous host and exported parasite HSP70 chaperones.

Sorting under partial (interval order) information
In this paper we study how to efficiently order a set of imprecise points. In one dimension, the order of a set of points is their sorted order from low to high.

On bisimulation and model-checking for concurrent systems with partial order semantics [PDF]
EP/G012962/1In concurrency theory—the branch of (theoretical) computer science that studies the logical and mathematical foundations of parallel computation—there are two main formal ways of modelling the behaviour of systems where multiple actions or ...

In this study, we developed a deep learning method for mitotic figure counting in H&E‐stained whole‐slide images and evaluated its prognostic impact in 13 external validation cohorts from seven different cancer types. Patients with more mitotic figures per mm2 had significantly worse patient outcome in all the studied cancer types except colorectal ...
