Accurate and noninvasive prostate cancer detection using plasma‐derived extracellular vesicle RNA
Plasma extracellular vesicles were captured with WGA‐conjugated magnetic beads and profiled for RNA biomarkers. A three‐RNA panel (NM_024955, NR_047469, and NR_002564) distinguished prostate cancer from healthy controls and benign prostatic hyperplasia, supporting a simple, noninvasive approach to improve prostate cancer detection.

Biophysical characterisation shows that NanX, a membrane transport protein from the major facilitator superfamily (MFS), forms both monomers and dimers after purification. AlphaFold modelling and substrate docking provide information on residues likely involved in substrate recognition for NanX and another MFS member, NanT.

Pore-scale modelling of particle migration in loose sandstone
During the development of loose sandstone reservoirs, the issue of production decline and bottomhole pressure reduction caused by particle migration is widespread, directly impacting well productivity. Understanding the mechanism of particle migration in

GelMA‐based 3D spheroids recapitulate transcriptomic and functional hallmarks of myeloid sarcoma
GelMA 5% hydrogels support the formation of myeloid leukemia spheroids that recapitulate MS‐specific features, including G1 arrest, apoptosis, and ECM‐driven transcriptomic reprogramming. The 3D model mimicked soft‐tissue‐like stiffness and oxygen conditions, and transcriptomic convergence with primary MS samples confirmed its utility as a preclinical ...

ABSTRACT Background Ischemic stroke, a major cause of mortality and long‐term disability, results from the abrupt cessation of cerebral blood flow due to vascular occlusion or rupture. Icosapent Ethyl (EPA‐EE), approved for hypertriglyceridemia, has anti‐inflammatory and antithrombotic properties that may lessen ischemic damage.

Low‐cycle fatigue damage in Mn–Mo–Ni reactor pressure vessel steel is examined using a combined electron backscatter diffraction and positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy approach. The study correlates texture evolution, dislocation substructure development, and vacancy‐type defect formation across uniform, necked, and fracture regions, providing

5G network slicing function migration mechanism based on particle swarm optimization algorithm
In multi-application scenarios of 5G,data traffic often increases dramatically.Virtual machine resources in network slicing may not meet the normal needs of users. In view of this,a network slicing function migration mechanism aiming at load balancing was

Effect of oxidizing working fluid on permeability of organic-rich shale
Organic-rich shale deposits in the anoxic reductive environment, and is rich in pyrite, chlorite, organic matter and other reductive components. In the process of oil and gas development, a large amount of oxidizing working fluids enter the reservoir ...
