Novel circRNA‐based biomarkers for inflammation, disease severity and cardiac damage were discovered in dogs with canine parvoviral enteritis. The obtained circRNAs participated in the entire CPV infection process, exhibited substantial links with infection occurrence and progression and have the potential to regulate infection pathogenesis.
