Engineering a Robust Escherichia coli W Platform for Scalable Production of Flavonoid‐O‐Glucosides
Escherichia coli W demonstrates enhanced flavonoid tolerance while the optimisation of sucrose metabolism in this strain enables efficient chemical glycosylation. Elevated UDP‐glucose production requires both pathway overexpression and removal of native glucose catabolism.
