Engineered AuNPs/fMWCNT Nanocomposite Electrodes for High‐Sensitivity Methylglyoxal Sensing in Saliva and Sweat for Non‐Invasive Diabetes Monitoring

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
An AuNPs/fMWCNT nanocomposite‐modified screen‐printed carbon electrode was engineered via sequential electrodeposition and integrated into a 3D‐printed microfluidic platform for ultrasensitive methylglyoxal detection. The non‐invasive sensing platform enables rapid analysis in saliva and sweat, highlighting strong potential for wearable point‐of‐care ...

Capital Structure Inertia and CEO Compensation [PDF]

open access: yes
There is strong empirical evidence that firms do not always adjust their capital structure according to established capital structure theories. Rather, they follow a passive strategy such that capital structure changes are mainly driven by their stock ...

Affinity‐Tuned Albumin Hitchhiking Extends the Bioorthogonal Capture Window in Pretargeting Radiotheranostics

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Pharmacokinetic engineering of clickable radioligands was achieved via albumin hitchhiking approach within a pretargeted radiotheranostics delivery platform. This approach reduced rapid renal elimination, expanded bioorthogonal capture window, boosted tumor uptake by ∼3.5‐fold, and improved the tumor‐to‐liver ratio by ∼6‐fold.

Vibration isolation of a electromagnetic actuator with passive gravity compensation [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
A control strategy of combining H¿ control and feedback linearization was applied to the model of a highly nonlinear, three Degrees-Of-Freedom (DOF) electromagnetic actuator, which was recently designed for non-contact suspension of a large payload. The

Passive Temperature Compensation of Piezoelectric Micromachined Ultrasonic Transducers (PMUTs)

open access: yes, 2022
The resonance frequency of conventional PMUT varies with temperature. This paper discusses a passive method to reduce the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency (TCF) of PMUT. Temperature compensation is achieved by selecting surface areas, layer

Modeling of Passive Forces of Machine Tool Covers

open access: yesJournal of Advanced Mechanical Design, Systems, and Manufacturing, 2010
The passive forces acting against the drive force are phenomena that influence dynamical properties and precision of linear axes equipped with feed drives. Covers are one of important sources of passive forces in machine tools.
