Dual-band wearable textile antenna on an EBG substrate [PDF]
Performance of a dual-band coplanar patch antenna integrated with an electromagnetic band gap substrate is described. The antenna structure is made from common clothing fabrics and operates at the 2.45 and 5 GHz wireless bands. The design of the coplanar

A Transparent Curved Microstrip Patch Antenna
Microstrip antennas fabricated using transparent conductive oxides suffer from low efficiency and gain in the S band and lower. We propose here a modified version of the curved microstrip patch antenna, which has been designed with transparent materials.

Design of microstrip patch antenna for IEEE 802.16-2004 applications [PDF]
This thesis presents microstrip patch antenna IEEE 802.16-2004 standards for microwave applications and WiMax. Narrow bandwidth (BW) is the main defect of microstrip patch antenna in wireless communication.

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Miniaturized microstrip antenna array using defected ground structure with enhanced performance
The aim of this work is to obtain a miniaturized microstrip patch antenna array using defected ground structure (DGS) for S band at 2.2 GHz. Initially the patch antenna array designed at C band resonates at 5.2 GHz.

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

Optimum design of a probe fed dual frequency patch antenna using genetic algorithm [PDF]
: Recent research has concentrated on different designs in order to increase the bandwidth of patch antennas and thus improve functionality of wireless communication systems. An alternative approach as shown in this paper is to design a matched probe fed
