Success Factors in Management of IT Service Projects: Regression, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, and Structural Equation Models

open access: yesInformation
Although there have been some studies on the success factors for IT software projects, there is still a lack of coherent research on the success factors for IT service projects. Therefore, this study aimed to identify and understand the factors and their

The disease mutation A77V in Ryanodine receptor RyR2 induces changes in energy conduction pathways in the protein [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
Energetically responsive residues of the 217 amino acid N-terminal domain of the cardiac Ryanodine receptor RyR2 are identified by a simple elastic net model. These residues lie along a hydrogen bonded path through the protein.

Structure–Function Decoupling of the Sensorimotor and Default Mode Networks in Black Americans With MS

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background and Objectives Multiple sclerosis (MS) exhibits racially disparate rates of disease progression. Black people with MS (B‐PwMS) experience a more severe disease course than non‐Hispanic White people with MS (NHW‐PwMS). Here we investigated structural and functional connectivity as well as structure–function decoupling in the ...

High Health Care Utilization Preceding Diagnosis With Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective Although early diagnosis improves long‐term outcomes, patients with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) often experience prolonged, circuitous paths to diagnosis. To inform diagnostic improvement, we sought to characterize health care utilization in the year preceding diagnosis. Methods We identified 10,021 patients with an incident diagnosis

Metric Construction, Stopping Times and Path Coupling

open access: yes, 2005
In this paper we examine the importance of the choice of metric in path coupling, and the relationship of this to \emph{stopping time analysis}. We give strong evidence that stopping time analysis is no more powerful than standard path coupling.
