Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

Path Algorithms for Contact Sequence Temporal Graphs
This paper proposes a new time-respecting graph (TRG) representation for contact sequence temporal graphs. Our representation is more memory-efficient than previously proposed representations and has run-time advantages over the ordered sequence of edges (OSE) representation, which is faster than other known representations.

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

ALTERED DYNAMIC TIBIOFEMORAL CONTACT PATH LENGTH IN ACL DEFICIENT KNEES [PDF]
INTRODUCTIONOsteoarthritis (OA) is a degenerative joint disease characterised by the irreversible degradation of cartilage. Ligament injuries in the knee are a known risk factor for post-traumatic OA (PTOA),1 the aetiology of which may be due to a ...
