PDE4D and PDE3B orchestrate distinct cAMP microdomains in 3T3‐L1 adipocytes
British Journal of Pharmacology, EarlyView.Basal conditions: •Ins/PDE3B lowers cytoplasmic cAMP (cyt‐cAMP) without affecting plasma membrane cAMP (pm‐cAMP). •Insulin decreases lipid droplet cAMP (LD‐cAMP) independent of PDE3B. •FGF1/PDE4D modestly reduces both cyt‐ and pm‐cAMP, while PDE4D alone can modulate LD‐cAMP. ISO stimulation: •Ins/PDE3B has minimal impact on cyt‐cAMP.

Adherence to Treatment in Allergic Rhinitis During the Pollen Season in Europe: A MASK‐air Study
Clinical &Experimental Allergy, Volume 55, Issue 3, Page 226-238, March 2025.In a study assessing mobile health data, (i) adherence to rhinitis medication was highest for oral antihistamines and lowest for azelastine‐fluticasone, (ii) in weeks of partial adherence, azelastine‐fluticasone was associated with lower levels of reported rhinitis symptoms than other medication classes.

Comparison of Allergic Rhinitis Treatments on Utilities and Quality of Life: A MASK‐air Study
Clinical &Experimental Allergy, EarlyView.This mHealth study has shown that fixed combinations of intranasal antihistamines and corticosteroids were associated with higher quality of life than oral antihistamines and intranasal antihistamines. Both intranasal corticosteroids and oral antihistamines were associated with higher quality of life than intranasal antihistamines.
