The RNA‐Binding Protein PARN Remodeled 3′ UTR Structure Defines Poly(A)‐Loading Sites to Mediate Immunoglobulin Homeostasis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Class Switch Recombination (CSR) is essential for generating high‐affinity antibody isotypes from IgM during adaptive humoral responses. Despite well‐established roles for various transcription factors, whether CSR is subject to dedicated post‐transcriptional control represents a significant gap in knowledge.

CFSElow PBMCs.

open access: yes, 2019
Illustrates the average number of cells that have lost any level of CFSE labelling after 72 hours in culture during specific (HPV, SEA and SWAP), non-specific stimulation (CONA) and absence of stimulant (MED) in Schisto-infected+HPV, Schisto/PZQ+HPV and ...

Tumor‐Infiltrating mregDCs Restrain Anti‐Tumor Immunity in Early Relapse HCC

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Tumor‐infiltrating mregDCs are regulated by the TNFR2‐non‐canonical NF‐κB axis, which is mediated by TNF‐α secreted by CD161+CD8+ T cells. These mregDCs recruit CD161+CD8+ T cells via the CCL20‐CCR6 axis, forming a positive feedback loop that enhances immunosuppression, promotes early recurrence of HCC, and further confirms TNFR2 as a key therapeutic ...

Interaction of enriched pDCs and PBMCs.

open access: yes, 2013
PBMCs were generated from freshly-drawn blood from healthy human donors. PDCs were enriched by MACS technique from PBMCs derived from freshly prepared buffy coats from healthy human donors.

Exercise-Conditioned Plasma and DNMT3B Concentration in PBMCs [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
DNA methylation is modifiable by acute and chronic exercise. DNA methyltransferases (DNMT) catalyze this process; however, there is a lack of literature concerning the specific mechanisms by which exercise‐induced modifications occur. Interleukin 6 (IL‐6)

Ciclopirox Olamine Inhibits the NLRP3 Inflammasome to Alleviate Inflammatory Diseases

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
There is no drug targeting the NLRP3 inflammasome that has been approved for use in clinical settings. Ciclopirox olamine (CPX), an antifungal agent approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), is identified as a specific and potent NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor. CPX targets the NACHT domain of NLRP3 at Y381 to impair NLRP3 oligomerization and

Intrauterine CRH‐treated PBMC in repeated implantation failure

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Clinical Investigation, 2019
AbstractBackgroundThe intrauterine administration of activated autologous peripheral blood monocytes (PBMC) prior to embryo transfer seems to improve reproductive outcomes in women with repeated implantation failure (RIF). We have previously shown that the intrauterine administration of PBMC treated with corticotropin‐releasing hormone (CRH) prior to ...

ABHD17C‐Mediated S‐Depalmitoylation of BCL6B Enhances CD24 Transcription to Resist Macrophage Phagocytosis in Pancreatic Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABHD17C‐mediated depalmitoylation of BCL6B at Cys442 blocks its nuclear import and triggers ubiquitin‐dependent degradation, attenuating transcriptional repression of the anti‐phagocytic signal CD24. This mechanism enables pancreatic cancer cells to evade macrophage phagocytosis and fosters an immunosuppressive microenvironment.
