The Preparation of BaCeO3 Nanopowders by Pechini Method

Proceedings of the 2019 The 2nd International Conference on Robotics, Control and Automation Engineering, 2019
BaCeO3 Perovskite-type oxide single phase nanopowders were prepared by the Pechini method. A polymeric precursor was synthesized by use of Ba(NO3)2 and Ce(NO3)3•6H2O AR powders as metal ion sources, and citric acid and ethylene glycol as chelating agents and reaction medium, respectively.

Effect of calcium doping on LaCoO3 prepared by Pechini method

Powder Technology, 2013
Abstract Calcium doped lanthanum cobaltite (La1 − xCaxCoO3) (x = 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8) with different concentrations has been prepared by modified Pechini type polymerizable method. The X-ray diffraction pattern of the calcium doped samples shows the formation of perovskite material in cubic structure.

Crystallization mechanism of LiNiO2 synthesized by Pechini method

Journal of Crystal Growth, 2001
Abstract Submicron and stoichiometric LiNiO 2 was successfully crystallized at low temperatures using Pechini method, which was developed to crystallize mixed cation oxide from organic precursors. The crystal structure and the effect of oxygen were investigated in this study.

Bismuth germanate films prepared by Pechini method

Optical Materials, 2010
Abstract Bismuth germanate films were prepared by dip coating and spin coating techniques and the dependence of the luminescent properties of the samples on the resin viscosity and deposition technique was investigated. The resin used for the preparation of the films was obtained via Pechini method, employing the precursors Bi2O3 and GeO2.

The blue phosphor Sr2CeO4 synthesized by Pechini’s method

Journal of Alloys and Compounds, 2001
Abstract Blue emitters are very attractive research subjects because of their possible industrial applications as phosphors for field emission displays. Recently, a blue phosphor, Sr 2 CeO 4 , was identified by a combinatorial materials synthesis technique.

Modified Pechini synthesis of tricalcium aluminate powder

Materials Characterization, 2012
Abstract Tricalcium aluminate (Ca 3 Al 2 O 6 –C 3 A) was obtained by a modified Pechini synthesis in order to eliminate successive thermal treatments and intermediate grinding usually performed between the two sintering steps and in order to reduce the sintering temperature. Our results indicated that pure C 3 A was obtained, by a single step thermal

Seeding of PMN powders made by the Pechini method

Ceramics International, 2001
Abstract The partial oxalate method, with the columbite route, associated with the Pechini method, was used to obtain a very fine ceramic powder at low temperature. Using this route it was possible to obtain a very reactive powder and to synthesize a lead magnesium niobate (PMN) powder with up to 100% of perovskite phase at a lower temperatures than ...

Preparation of nanocrystalline ferroelectric BaBi4Ti4O15 by Pechini method

Materials Letters, 2006
A gel was formed when an aqueous solution of BaCl2, BiNO3, TiOCl2 and citric acid in stoichiometric ratio is heated on a water bath. This gel on decomposition at 600 °C produced the nano crystallites of ternary oxide, BaBi4Ti4O15 (BBT). The phase contents and lattice parameters were studied by the powder X-ray diffraction (XRD).
