CircZNF148 stabilizes HK1 through deubiquitinase recruitment, thereby enhancing glycolysis and lactate production. Elevated lactate promotes PD‑L1 lactylation and membrane accumulation while suppressing CD8+ T‐cell cytotoxicity, collectively facilitating immune evasion and malignant progression in TNBC.

This bioinspired acinus‐on‐a‐chip recapitulates VILI pathology, revealing that volutrauma drives P53/NF‐κB pathways while barotrauma triggers mitochondrial‐Wnt dysregulation. A fibrotic transitional cell cluster was identified. Pharmacological interventions targeting these pathways significantly ameliorated injury, establishing a mechanobiological ...

Herein, an ultrasound‐responsive BiO2‐X/siFn1 nanoplatform is developed to overcome anti‐PD‐1 resistance in hepatocellular carcinoma. Upon ultrasound irradiation, the platform downregulates fibronectin expression, while its sonothermal effect softens the dense extracellular matrix and activates antitumor immunity in the tumor microenvironment, thereby ...

Diagnostic approach to peripheral solitary pulmonary lesions
Introduction Peripheral localization and lack of symptoms are reasons why it is difficult to establish the diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary lesions commonly of malignant nature. Therefore thoracotomy often represents a diagnostic and therapeutic method at the same time.

Metastatic Pulmonary Calcinosis and Leukocytoclastic Vasculitis in a Patient with Multiple Myeloma
Both leukocytoclastic vasculitis and metastatic pulmonary calcification are conditions that rarely occur during the course of multiple myeloma. We present a multiple myeloma patient that had severe dyspnea due to metastatic pulmonary calcinosis, and ...
