Astrocyte‐specific SHP1 deletion disrupts astrocyte–vascular interactions and compromises BBB integrity while enhancing STAT1‐dependent CXCL10 expression. These changes synergistically promote peripheral CD4+ and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration into the SDH. The infiltrating T cells secrete IFN‐γ, which in turn activates microglia.

Mechanism of Wnt5a on Keratinocyte Regulating MMP9 for CRPS-Ⅰ Peripheral Sensitization
Objective To explore the mechanism of Wnt5a on keratinocyte involved in the peripheral sensitization of complex regional pain syndrome type-Ⅰ (CRPS-Ⅰ) by regulating the expression of MMP9, and search for potential therapeutic strategies.

High glucose is linked to reduced succinate dehydrogenase activity in CD14+ monocytes, accompanied by succinate accumulation and extracellular release. Extracellular succinate exacerbates mitochondrial ROS production and mtDNA release in CD4+ T cells. Cytosolic mtDNA then activates Z‐DNA binding protein 1 (ZBP1) and engages ZBP1‐associated inflammatory

Magneto‐NIR‐II‐programmed NFSH nanozymes integrate magnetic blood–brain barrier (BBB) translocation, CD44 targeting, multimodal imaging, and cascade catalytic therapy for glioblastoma. Alternating magnetic fields and NIR‐II irradiation amplify ferroptosis, release H2S, suppress autophagic and mitophagic repair, and reshape the immune microenvironment ...

CircZNF148 stabilizes HK1 through deubiquitinase recruitment, thereby enhancing glycolysis and lactate production. Elevated lactate promotes PD‑L1 lactylation and membrane accumulation while suppressing CD8+ T‐cell cytotoxicity, collectively facilitating immune evasion and malignant progression in TNBC.

The Role of Store-Operated Calcium Channels in Peripheral Sensitization
Chronic pain is a common and debilitating condition that afflicts more than 100 million Americans and is often poorly managed. Peripheral and central sensitization processes are believed to play key roles in the pathogenesis of chronic pain.

ABSTRACT Diabetic stroke is characterized by a hyperglycemic and pro‐inflammatory microenvironment that exacerbates neurovascular dysfunction. However, the blood–brain barrier (BBB) remains a formidable obstacle, restricting the delivery of most therapeutic molecules.

Neurophysiological and histopathological evaluation of small fiber pathways as diagnostic characterization of neuropathic pain and autonom dysfunction syndromes [PDF]
This manuscript is made up of two individual not related articles about peripheral neuropathic pain syndrome. The first article reports the effect on pain relief in patients with peripheral neuropathic pain after brachial plexus lesions or distal ...

Tissue incision induces CXCL5 release, which activates neuronal CXCR2 on incision‐innervating sensory neurons. Neuronal CXCR2 couples with TRPA1 to drive mechanical pain and engages p38 MAPK signaling to upregulate TRPV1 and promote heat pain. Targeted Cxcr2 knockdown relieves incisional pain while preserving CXCR2‐dependent neutrophil responses ...
