Simultaneous inhibition of pan-phosphatidylinositol-3-kinases and MEK as a potential therapeutic strategy in peripheral T-cell lymphomas [PDF]
Peripheral T-cell lymphomas are very aggressive hematologic malignancies for which there is no targeted therapy. New, rational approaches are necessary to improve the very poor outcome in these patients.

Therapeutic challenges in peripheral T-cell lymphoma [PDF]
Peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) is a rare and heterogeneous group of hematological malignancies. Compared to our knowledge of B-cell tumors, our understanding of T-cell leukemia and lymphoma remains less advanced, and a significant number of patients ...

Expression of CD52 in peripheral T-cell lymphoma
Peripheral T-cell lymphoma unspecified (PTCL/U) is a rare tumor characterized by poor treatment response and a dismal prognosis. We studied CD52 expression in 97 PTCL/U cases by immunohistochemistry on tissue-microarrays. Furthermore, CD52 gene expression was studied in 28 cases for which RNA was available.

Controversies in the Treatment of Peripheral T‐cell Lymphoma [PDF]
AbstractPeripheral T‐cell lymphomas are a heterogeneous group of rare diseases with an aggressive behavior and dismal prognosis. Their classification is complex and still evolving, and several biomolecular markers now help refine the prognosis of specific disease entities, although still have limited impact in tailoring the treatment.

Peripheral T-cell lymphoma [PDF]
Peripheral T-cell lymphoma is the most common type of T-cell lymphoma seen in adults in the United States. Clinical data were reviewed from 134 cases of peripheral T-cell lymphoma diagnosed in three centers. The median age of the patients was 57 years (range, 4-97 years), 59% were male, and 36 patients (27%) had a history of a preceding disorder of the

Peripheral T-Cell Lymphomas [PDF]
Nodal peripheral T cell lymphomas (TCL) are rare entities with poor prognosis including ALK+ and ALK- systemic anaplastic T-cell lymphoma (ALCL), angioimmunoblastic T cell lymphoma and peripheral T cell lymphoma – not otherwise specified. The role of PET in TCL is less well established compared to other lymphoma entities.
