Conformity and controversies in the diagnosis, staging and follow-up evaluation of canine nodal lymphoma: a systematic review of the last 15 years of published literature [PDF]
Diagnostic methods used in the initial and post-treatment evaluation of canine lymphoma are heterogeneous and can vary within countries and institutions. Accurate reporting of clinical stage and response assessment is crucial in determining the treatment

CD30 expression in peripheral T-cell lymphomas
CD30 antigen is a trans-membrane glycoprotein belonging to the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily.[1][1] Upon stimulation, CD30 exerts pleiotropic effects on cell growth and survival, which largely depend on the NF-κB pathway activation.[2][2] In normal or inflamed tissues, CD30 ...

This study introduces a new lipopolymer nanoparticle (LPNP) system that efficiently delivers siRNA to leukemia cells. The LPNPs silence the leukemia fusion gene KMT2A::AFF1, induce apoptosis, and decrease leukemia burden in mice. These results demonstrate the potential of LPNPs as a targeted siRNA therapy for acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

Peripheral T Cell Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma following Treatment of Hodgkin’s Lymphoma
Previous reports have suggested that non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) is more likely to develop in patients with Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) compared to the general population. These two can occur synchronously or metachronously.

TCD4pos lymphocytosis in rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis patients following TNFα blocking agents [PDF]
BACKGROUND: Lymphocyte expansion and true lymphocytosis are commonly observed in the everyday clinical practice. The meaning of such phenomenon is often poorly understood so that discrimination between benign and malignant lymphocytosis remains ...

Angioimmunoblastic T‐cell lymphoma: a rare subtype of peripheral T‐cell lymphoma [PDF]
Key Clinical MessageAngioimmunoblastic T‐cell lymphoma (AITL) is a rare form of NHL and usually presents in the late stage due to the atypical laboratory findings. Immunohistochemistry of the lymph node in AITL is characterized by positive CD2, CD3, CD4, CD10, CXCL‐13, PD1 often BCL‐6 and CD20 positive.

This review covers the mechanical forces experienced by immune cells through cell–cell and cell–extracellular matrix interactions and how these forces influence their receptors and functions. These relationships between forces and cellular functions can be exploited using engineering techniques to modify the physical properties of materials for novel ...

Genetic Engineering Methods in Primary T Cells
Primary T cells can be engineered to confer them with novel therapeutic functions, allowing them to treat a variety of conditions. Genetic engineering can be either stable or transient, aiming to either express or inhibit a target gene. This review discusses the various genetic engineering tools available as well as their characteristics and ...

Histopathological features of peripheral T-cell lymphoma in Sprague Dawley rats induced with N-methyl-N-nitrosourea [PDF]
This study described the histopathological features of peripheral T-cell lymphoma in male Sprague Dawley rats following intraperitoneal (i.p.) injections of N-methyl-N-nitrosourea (MNU) at a dose of 60 mg/kg body weight per injection, administered ...

Targeting intratumoral B cells with rituximab in addition to CHOP in angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma. A clinicobiological study of the GELA. [PDF]
Background In angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma, symptoms linked to B-lymphocyte activation are common, and variable numbers of CD20(+) large B-blasts, often infected by Epstein-Barr virus, are found in tumor tissues.
