Effects of Mesenchymal Stem Cell‐Derived Exosomes on Lung Inflammation in a Murine Aspiration Model
This study assessed the effect of intravenous MSC‐derived exosomes on inflammatory lung injury in a rat model of LPS aspiration. Compared with LPS alone, MSC exosome treatment reduced histologic lung injury overall (significant group effect p = 0.02; linear trend p = 0.006) and significantly lowered Tnf gene expression on qRT‐PCR (p < 0.05).

ABSTRACT Background Central venous catheters are essential in paediatric intensive care but are associated with catheter‐related bloodstream infections (CRBSIs) and skin complications. Chlorhexidine gluconate (CHG)‐impregnated dressings may reduce infection risk; however, concerns remain regarding their dermatological safety in vulnerable paediatric ...

The Early Ophthalmic Effects of Vatinoxan in Healthy Detomidine‐Sedated Horses
ABSTRACT Objective To evaluate the short‐term ophthalmic effects of vatinoxan, a peripherally selective alpha2‐adrenoceptor antagonist, in detomidine‐sedated horses. Animals Studied Seven healthy horses without ophthalmic disease in a randomized, masked, two‐period crossover study design, with a ≥ 7‐day rest period.
