Nuclear Spin‐Free 70Ge/28Si70Ge Quantum Well Heterostructures Grown on Industrial SiGe‐Buffered Wafers

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Hyperfine coupling to 29Si$^{29}{\rm Si}$ and 73Ge$^{73}{\rm Ge}$ nuclear spins limits hole spin‐qubit coherence in Ge heterostructures. We demonstrate device‐grade, nuclear‐spin‐free 70Ge$^{70}{\rm Ge}$/28Si70Ge$^{28}{\rm Si}^{70}{\rm Ge}$ quantum wells grown on industrial SiGe buffers with minimal use of enriched precursors.

Inverses for Fourth-Degree Permutation Polynomials Modulo 32Ψ or 96Ψ, with Ψ as a Product of Different Prime Numbers Greater than Three

open access: yesAppliedMath
In this paper, we address the inverse of a true fourth-degree permutation polynomial (4-PP), modulo a positive integer of the form 32kLΨ, where kL∈{1,3} and Ψ is a product of different prime numbers greater than three. Some constraints are considered for

Linear Processing Design of Amplify-and-Forward Relays for Maximizing the System Throughput

open access: yesJournal of Electrical and Computer Engineering, 2018
In this paper, firstly, we study the linear processing of amplify-and-forward (AF) relays for the multiple relays multiple users scenario. We regard all relays as one special “relay”, and then the subcarrier pairing, relay selection and channel ...

Permutation Polynomials and Their Compositional Inverses

open access: yesAlgebra Colloquium
In this paper, we provide a new general method of finding the compositional inverses of permutation polynomials with special types, and some new permutation polynomials and their compositional inverses are given. Moreover, we obtain a similar result to that of Wan and Lidl for other permutation polynomials over finite fields and we determine their ...

Threshold‐Voltage Modulation and N2O Plasma Passivation for Enhanced Retention and Memory Window in Capacitorless 2T0C DRAM Oxide Thin‐Film Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Al:ITZO‐based capacitorless 2T0C DRAMs are realized by combining N2O plasma‐induced defect modulation with read‐transistor W/L optimization to suppress leakage and stabilize data storage. This device‐level engineering enables zero‐bias hold operation, retention times exceeding 1000 s, and a 13‐fold expansion of the memory window, demonstrating a ...

Permutation Polynomials modulo m

open access: yes, 2005
This paper mainly studies problems about so called "permutation polynomials modulo $m$", polynomials with integer coefficients that can induce bijections over Z_m={0,...,m-1}. The necessary and sufficient conditions of permutation polynomials are given, and the number of all permutation polynomials of given degree and the number induced bijections are ...

A Soft Matrix Microenvironment Promotes Laterally Spreading Tumors via Oxidative Phosphorylation‐Dependent Cell Adhesion

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Laterally spreading tumors (LSTs) are precancerous colorectal lesions characterized by a flat morphology. This study reveals a mechanochemical pathway through which a soft matrix microenvironment diminishes spatial constraints in intestinal adenomas. This process promotes deficiencies in tight junction proteins, mediated by the mechanoreceptor ADORA2B ...

A New Criterion for Permutation Polynomials

open access: yesFinite Fields and Their Applications, 1995
The author presents the relationships among: (1) the number of distinct values \(v\) of a polynomial \(f(x)\) of degree \(n\) over a finite field of \(q\) elements, (2) the degree \(u\) of the first non-vanishing elementary symmetric function of the values of \(f(x)\), and (3) the degree \(w\) of the first non-vanishing power sum of the values of \(f(x)

Recent Advances in Sustainable Single‐Atom Catalysts from Biomass and Solid Waste: Design, Synthesis and Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Biomass‐ and solid waste‐derived sustainable single‐atom catalysts (Sus‐SACs) provide a cost‐effective and renewable approach to catalyst design. This review summarizes precursor selection, including AI‐assisted screening, synthesis strategies with emphasis on ultrafast methods, and advanced characterization techniques.
