Strength through diversity: how cancers thrive when clones cooperate
Intratumor heterogeneity can offer direct benefits to the tumor through cooperation between different clones. In this review, Kuiken et al. discuss existing evidence for clonal cooperativity to identify overarching principles, and highlight how novel technological developments could address remaining open questions.

Second-Order Gauge-Invariant Cosmological Perturbation Theory: Current Status
The current status of the recent developments of the second-order gauge-invariant cosmological perturbation theory is reviewed. To show the essence of this perturbation theory, we concentrate only on the universe filled with a single scalar field ...

Integrability, duality and sigma models
We introduce and study conformal field theories specified by W −algebras commuting with certain set of screening charges. These CFT’s possess perturbations which define integrable QFT’s. We establish that these QFT’s have local and non-local Integrals of

Generalized positivity bounds on chiral perturbation theory
Recently, a new set of positivity bounds with t derivatives have been discovered. We explore the generic features of these generalized positivity bounds with loop amplitudes and apply these bounds to constrain the parameters in chiral perturbation theory

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

Invariant manifolds and alternative approaches to reductive perturbation theory: dissipative systems
This paper is concerned with the limiting process known as Reductive Perturbation Theory. A new view of both conventional reductive perturbation theory and the higher order theory of Kodama is presented for a general class of dissipative systems.

g-function in perturbation theory
We present some explicit computations checking a particular form of gradient formula for a boundary beta function in two-dimensional quantum field theory on a disc.

Etoposide induces DNA damage, activating p53‐dependent apoptosis via caspase‐3/7, which cleaves PARP1. Dammarenediol II enhances this apoptotic pathway by suppressing O‐GlcNAc transferase activity, further decreasing O‐GlcNAcylation. The reduction in O‐GlcNAc levels boosts p53‐driven apoptosis and influences the Akt/GSK3β/mTOR signaling pathway ...

Perturbation theory of rotating scalar fields and vacuum insensitivity to rotation
We formulate the finite-temperature perturbation theory of interacting scalar fields under external rotation. Because of the translational non-invariance in the radial direction, Green’s functions are described using the Fourier-Bessel basis, instead of ...
