Deployable Tensegrity Reflectors for Small Satellites [PDF]
Future small satellite missions require low-cost, precision reflector structures with large aperture that can be packaged in a small envelope. Existing furlable reflectors form a compact package which, although narrow, is too tall for many applications ...

InSiDDe: A server for designing artificial disordered proteins [PDF]
InSiDDe (In Silico Disorder Design) is a program for the in silico design of intrinsically disordered proteins of desired length and disorder probability. The latter is assessed using IUPred and spans values ranging from 0.55 to 0.95 with 0.05 increments.

In two‐choice laboratory bioassays, food‐deprived and CO2‐stimulated stable flies were offered paired landing platforms that were baited or not (control) with conspecific flies. The presence of conspecifics prompted the attraction and landing of foraging stable flies.

AbstractThe solubility of CO2 in PETG, a glycol‐modified PET, was measured at different temperatures and over a broad pressure range, and diffusion coefficients were derived at the corresponding conditions. The solubility of CO2 is quits high. For example, almost 15 wt% CO2 can be dissolved in PETG at 35°C and 6.0 MPa. Consequently, CO2 is good blowing

ABSTRACT Objective Traditional biocompatibility assessments primarily address cytotoxicity and bulk material properties but often overlook molecular responses that occur below toxicity thresholds. Detecting these subtle effects is crucial for materials intended for prolonged contact with human tissues.
