ABSTRACT Claudin‐6 has emerged as a promising immunotherapeutic target, yet protein‐level data in atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumors (AT/RTs) have been inconsistent. We analyzed 36 well‐characterized AT/RT samples and found membranous claudin‐6 protein expression in 58% of cases, with striking enrichment in the molecular subgroup AT/RT‐TYR (100%) and ...

An ISFET sensor based on In2O3 nanoribbon for pH detection of micro solutions [PDF]
In this paper, an ISFET sensor based on In2O3 nanoribbon is developed for pH detection of micro solutions. A double channel ISFET is designed which includes the In2O3 nanoribbon top channel and silicon substrate bottom channel so as to realize the pH ...

Nanodiamond surface as a photoluminescent pH sensor
Abstract A systematic spectroscopic characterization of highly homogeneous water suspensions of ‘buckydiamonds’ comprising sp3 cubic nanodiamond (ND) core covered with disordered sp2 shell densely decorated with oxygen-containing groups demonstrates the excitation-wavelength-dependent photoluminescence (PL) given by at least four types ...

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

Phosphatidylinositol 4‐kinase as a target of pathogens—friend or foe?
This graphical summary illustrates the roles of phosphatidylinositol 4‐kinases (PI4Ks). PI4Ks regulate key cellular processes and can be hijacked by pathogens, such as viruses, bacteria and parasites, to support their intracellular replication. Their dual role as essential host enzymes and pathogen cofactors makes them promising drug targets.
