In this study, 103 strains of P. aeruginosa, isolated from various clinical specimens were typed by phage technique with a set of 22 phages. Phage typing procedure gave 29 different phage patterns. Ninety one of 103 P.

Quantifying Structure‐Dependent Rigidity of 3D DNA Origami Boxes
We investigate the mechanical stability of a hollow 3D DNA origami box during assembly using liquid AFM imaging and finite element simulations. As structural completeness increases from flat sheets through intermediate assemblies to a closed box, rigidity improves.

Epidemiological investigation on methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) strains isolated from clinical specimens by phage-typing [PDF]
We have classified 686 strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) which were isolated from clinical specimens at Shinshu University Hospital between October 1991 and October 1993, by phage-typing system for the purpose of ...

A complementary phage-typing scheme for «P. Aeruginosa»
Twenty per cent of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains isolated in Portugal are non typable with the phage-tvping Lindberg system, but most of them may be typed with the aid of a new phage-tvping method.

Vibrio cholerae Typing Phage N4: Genome Sequence and Its Relatedness to T7 Viral Supergroup
Objectives: In countries where cholera is endemic, Vibrio cholerae O1 bacteriophages have been detected in sewage water. These have been used to serve not only as strain markers, but also for the typing of V. cholerae strains.
