Pharmacoepidemiology in Pharmacogenetics
2018Epidemiologic methods provide rigorous means by which to study the interplay between genetic factors and drug response. In this chapter, we describe the differences between experimental and observational study designs, and illustrate how to implement the highly efficient case-control study design.
