Advanced Oral Delivery Systems for Nutraceuticals
Emerging delivery technologies are explored to overcome barriers to oral nutraceutical absorption. Traditional carriers are compared with novel platforms including biodegradable polymers, MOFs, MPNs, and 3D printing. These systems enhance bioavailability, control release, and enable personalized nutrition.

REV-ERBα integrates colon clock with experimental colitis through regulation of NF-κB/NLRP3 axis
REV-ERBα is a nuclear receptor that links the circadian pathways with those of metabolism. Here the authors show REV-ERBα is also involved with linking the circadian system with the inflammatory pathways of an experimental model of colitis through ...

Microphysiological Systems for Comorbidity Studies: Chronic Kidney Disease and Osteoarthritis
This review highlights the potential of organ‐on‐a‐chip systems for studying comorbidities, using chronic kidney disease (CKD) and osteoarthritis (OA) as examples. It summarizes recent advances in kidney‐on‐a‐chip and joint‐on‐a‐chip models and discusses their current and potential application in investigating CKD, OA, and CKD‐OA comorbidity, aiming to
