The nanostructure, size, and function of mRNA‐loaded lipid nanoparticles are evaluated before drying, within polymer microneedles, and after rehydration. The results reveal the polymer and LNP loadings required to recover nanostructure and preserve the delivery performance in dry‐state formulations.

Orbital Geometry‐Governed Response of Pressure‐Tunable Quantum Defects in hBN
Defects in hBN act as ultrasensitive quantum manometers when the energy of the intradefect optical transitions is modified by lattice compression. The orbital geometry of the electron wave functions governs how electron hopping and Coulomb interactions react uniquely to the reduction of the van der Waals gap and in‐plane compression, leading to robust ...

Fast Phase-Only Positioning with Triple-Frequency GPS
In this contribution, we study the phase-only ambiguity resolution and positioning performance of GPS for short baselines. It is well known that instantaneous (single-epoch) ambiguity resolution is possible when both phase and code (pseudorange) data are

Theory of carrier phase ambiguity resolution [PDF]
Carrier phase ambiguity resolution is the key to high precision Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) positioning and navigation. It applies to a great variety of current and future models of GPS, modernized GPS and Galileo. A proper handling of carrier phase ambiguity resolution requires a proper understanding of the underlying theory of integer ...

Historical Foundation and Practical Guideline for Ferroelectric Switching Kinetic Studies
The P and U pulses in the conventional PUND measurements are not identical because of the interplay between switching current and the measurement circuit components. This circuit effect can lead to a shift in polarization transients and misinterpreted physics in the switching kinetics.

Chiral Phase Change Nanomaterials
This work demonstrates reversible, non‐volatile phase transitions in chiral Ge2${\rm Ge}_2$Sb2${\rm Sb}_2$Te5${\rm Te}_5$ (GST) nanohelices for high‐speed optical modulation of chirality and dynamic control of the state of polarization (SOP). The chiral nanostructures are fabricated using a highly directional, wafer‐scale physical vapor deposition ...

QPSK-Modulation Modem Invariant to the Rotation of the Signal Constellation Plane
In order to increase the efficiency of dedicated frequency channels, i.e. to increase the specific data transfer rate, multipositional quadrature phase shift keying (QPSK, aka 4-PSK) should be used.

Diagnostic analysis via the heterojunction validation funnel. The funnel illustrates the hierarchical stratification of 30 reported Type‐II systems based on the three‐phase, seven‐step diagnostic framework. Complete validation through all phases is achieved by only 3.3% of systems, while 96.7% lack full mechanistic validation, revealing a pervasive ...

Real-time Precise Point Positioning with Ambiguity Resolution (PPP-AR) critically depends on high-quality State Space Representation (SSR) products for satellite orbit, clock, and code/phase bias corrections. These products, however, often contain errors

OFDM-Based Carrier Phase Localization With Integer Ambiguity Resolution
This study introduces a two-stage Time Difference of Arrival (TDoA) localization method using OFDM signals with carrier-phase measurements. Unlike conventional methods, our approach uniquely resolves integer ambiguities in carrier-phase signals by ...
