Phytochemical alteration and new occurring compounds in hairy root cultures of Mitracarpus hirtus L. induced by phenylurea cytokinin (CPPU)

Plant Cell, Tissue and Organ Culture (PCTOC), 2014
Hairy root cultures of Mitracarpus hirtus L. were obtained after transforming leaf-disc explants with wild strain Agrobacterium rhizogenes A13. The root cultures of M. hirtus showed high efficiency of shoot formation in both transformed and non-transformed cultures when illuminated with light.

Optimization of the ESI and APCI experimental variables for the LC/MS determination of s‐triazines, methylcarbamates, organophosphorous, benzimidazoles, carboxamide and phenylurea compounds in orange samples

Journal of Mass Spectrometry, 2007
AbstractIn this work, ten selected pesticides of different chemical groups, indicated to orange culture, were extracted and determined by liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry using both electrospray ionization (ESI) and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) operating in the positive ion detection mode.

Liquid chromatography of phenylurea herbicides and related compounds on chemically bonded ion-exchange materials

Journal of Chromatography A, 1987
The possibilities of using new chemically bonded anion-exchange (Silasorb DEA) and cation-exchange (Silasorb S) materials for high-performance liquid chromatography of phenylurea herbicide compounds were investigated. The columns packed with Silasorb DEA or with Silasorb S ion-exchange materials can be used for efficient separations in normal-phase ...

Compliance analysis of phenylurea and related compounds in drinking water by liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization/mass spectrometry coupled with solid-phase extraction

Journal of Chromatography A, 2006
A liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization/mass spectrometry method was reported for the compliance analysis of seven phenylurea compounds and two related herbicides (tebuthiuron and propanil) in drinking water. The volumes of the sample and final extract used in the method were 500 mL and 10 mL, respectively.

Conformational preferences in model antiviral compounds: A spectroscopic and computational study of phenylurea and 1,3-diphenylurea

Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics, 2004
The conformational preferences of two model anti-viral pharmaceuticals, phenylurea and 1,3-diphenylurea, isolated in the gas phase, have been explored using a combination of ultra-violet and infra-red ion-dip spectroscopy and quantum chemical computation. Two conformers have been assigned for each species associated with cis and trans configurations of

Characterization of organophosphorus compounds and phenylurea herbicides by positive and negative ion thermospray liquid chromatography—mass spectrometry

Journal of Chromatography A, 1989
Abstract Positive-on (PI) mode and negative-ion (NI) mode thermospray liquid chromatography—mass spectrometry (LC—MS) were used to characterize three different groups of environmentally significant compounds: organophosphorus pesticides, phenylurea herbicides and trialkyl phosphates.

Computational study of novel inhibitory molecule, 1-(4-((2S,3S)-3-amino-2-hydroxy-4-phenylbutyl)piperazin-1-yl)-3-phenylurea, with high potential to competitively block ATP binding to the RNA dependent RNA polymerase of SARS-CoV-2 virus

Journal of Biomolecular Structure and Dynamics, 2021
For coronaviruses, RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) is an essential enzyme that catalyses the replication from RNA template and therefore remains an attractive therapeutic target for anti-COVID drug discovery.

Synthesis, molecular docking, and biological activities of new cyanopyridine derivatives containing phenylurea

Archiv der Pharmazie, 2020
A new class of cyanopyridine derivatives (10a–e and 11a–e) containing the phenylurea unit was synthesized and tested against some metabolic enzymes including acetylcholinesterase (AChE), butyrylcholinesterase (BChE), and α‐glycosidase (α‐Gly).
