SeNSs provide a biocompatible, anti‐inflammatory UC therapy. SeNSs form protein coronas enriched with AKT/PI3K/NF‐κB pathway proteins, suppress GP130 via hydrophobic interactions, and inhibit pro‐inflammatory cytokines. In DSS‐induced UC mice, SeNSs reduce inflammation, tissue damage, and disease activity by modulating cytokine, chemokine, and ...

Mechanical stress activates PIEZO1 in vertebral growth plate chondrocytes, triggering ferroptosis through direct binding and inhibition of GPX4. This axis promotes lipid peroxidation and pathological ossification, accelerating spinal deformities. Clinical and genetic evidence (Piezo1‐cKO) confirms its role in scoliosis progression.

Capsaicin enhances lipid metabolism, reduces lipid deposition, and alleviates AD‐related pathologies. Capsaicin activates PPARA, promoting the expression of PPAR signaling pathway‐related genes and accelerating lipid metabolism. Capsaicin upregulates ATP6V0E1‐V‐ATPase‐mediated lysosomal acidification, enhancing lipid droplet clearance. PPARA is the key
