Synthesis and Antiviral Bioactivity of Chiral Thioureas Containing Leucine and Phosphonate Moieties
A series of novel chiral thioureas 3a-n bearing leucine and phosphonate moieties were synthesized in excellent yields. The structures of the compounds were completely characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H-, 13C-, 31P- and 19F-NMR spectral data.

Lysosome‐targeting chimeras (LYTACs) enable degradation of extracellular and membrane proteins via lysosomal trafficking. We report a novel IGF‐II mutant (Del1–7, Y27L) that selectively engages IGF‐IIR while avoiding IGF‐IR and IR‐A. mutIGF‐II–based LYTACs enhance target internalization and degradation and support a genetically encodable, all‐protein ...

Planar polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) incorporating three or four dithiafulvene (DTF) units were synthesized via Horner–Wadsworth–Emmons reactions to create large π‐conjugated redox‐active frameworks. These molecules display strong intermolecular associations and distinct odd–even redox behavior, enabling formation of mixed‐valence and radical‐

Three CDs‐Fe nanozymes functionalized with tailor‐made ligands (TPP, HEDP, and DTPA) are synthesized via hydrothermal carbonization and coordination chemistry. A ligand‐regulation strategy for CDs‐Fe nanozymes achieves tunable enzyme‐mimicking activities and a powerful synergistic effect between POD and UV‐induced OXD pathways, paving the way for ...

Phosphonic acid: preparation and applications
The phosphonic acid functional group, which is characterized by a phosphorus atom bonded to three oxygen atoms (two hydroxy groups and one P=O double bond) and one carbon atom, is employed for many applications due to its structural analogy with the ...

The Behaviour of 1,2,3-Indantrione Towards Wittig-Horner Reagents
Wittig-Horner reagents 1a,b react with 1,2,3-indantrione (2) to give the dimeric adducts 3a and 3b, respectively. Moreover, 2 reacts with tert-butyl diethylphosphonoacetate (1c) yielding the ethylenic compound 4.
