Effect of Hydroxide-Based Ionic Liquids on the Determination of Available Phosphorus in Alkaline Soils

open access: yesYankuang ceshi
The level of available phosphorus in soil significantly impacted plant growth, soil fertility, and agricultural productivity. However, in alkaline soils, phosphorus mobility was low and was often tightly bound to minerals and organic matter, complicating

Determination of Vanadium, Iron, Manganese and Phosphorus Contents in Ferrovanadium Slag by Alkali Fusion-Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

open access: yesKuangchan zonghe liyong, 2022
The ferrovanadium slag sample was fused with sodium carbonate-boric acid at high temperature, then acidified with hydrochloric. Vanadium 310.230 nm, iron 259.940 nm, manganese 257.610 nm and phosphorus 213.618 nm were selected as the analytical lines ...

Prediction of soil available phosphorus based on soil organic carbon [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
There are many cases in which it is desirable to determine relationships among some soil physical and chemical properties. In soil studies, soil available phosphorous (AP) are often determined using laboratory tests, but it may be more suitable and ...

Stoma‐Shell Nanoarchitecture for Enhanced Plasma Confinement Catalysis in Synthesis of Ethanol from CO2

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
High‐energy electron impact in plasma catalysis often causes excessive dissociation of active intermediates, limiting C2+ product selectivity. To address this challenge, a bio‐inspired stoma‐shell nanoarchitecture is designed to decouple electron impact from catalytic reaction zones.

MODIFICATION OF ANALYTICAL FORMS IN INDIRECT ATOMICABSORPTION DETERMINATION OF PHOSPHORUS

open access: yesКонденсированные среды и межфазные границы, 2018
The new analytical forms for indirect atomic absorption determination of phosphorus – the 11-molybdoironphosphate heteropolycomplex and ion associate of copper(ІІ) phenantrolinate- molybdophosphate – were theoretical substantiated and tested which ...

Environmental aspects of soil phosphorus testing [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
peer-reviewedSoil phosphorus testing in Ireland uses Morgan’s reagent from samples taken to 10 cm depth for agronomic recommendations. However, its suitability as an environmental indicator has been questioned in terms of sample depth and extraction ...

Investigating periphyton biofilm response to changing phosphorus concentrations in UK rivers using within-river flumes [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
The excessive growth of benthic algal biofilms in UK rivers is a widespread problem, resulting in loss of plant communities and wider ecological damage.

Intrabandgap States Engineering in Functionalized Nanodiamond to Generate Solvated Electrons for Photocatalysis Under Solar Illumination

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The negative electron affinity of diamond allows to emit highly reductive electrons. By introducing intra‐bandgap states and an optimized electron transfer mechanism by surface functionalization with Ru(bpy)3, the formation of solvated electrons is achieved upon solar irradiation.

Surface Diffusion in SnTe‐PbTe Monolayer Lateral Heterostructures

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The lateral heterostructures between 2D materials often suffer from the interdiffusion at the interfaces. Here, a surface diffusion mechanism is found to be dominating at the interfaces between semiconducting SnTe and PbTe monolayers. Atomically sharp interfaces can be achieved by suppressing this diffusion process. ABSTRACT The construction of complex
