We have induced photoallergy in mice to systemically administered drugs, specifically sulfanilamide and chlorpromazine. Mice were photosensitized to systemic sulfanilamide or chlorpromazine by i.p. administration of drug followed by UVB and UVA irradiation of shaved flank skin, on two consecutive days.
